Hawaiian Oranges

  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp butter


  1. Place orange segments on a square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with the sugar, cinnamon, and rum, and dot with butter. Wrap securely with the foil, and place on the barbecue over MEDIUM heat for 15 minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you wish.
